Group establishes new ‘Content & Broadcasting’ Executive Board division
Effective March 1, 2016, Jan David Frouman will become a Member of the Executive Board of ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE. The newly established Executive Board division, Content & Broadcasting, comprises the Group’s TV operations, including all TV channel brands in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, content strategy, and global production house, Red Arrow Entertainment Group, where Frouman will remain Chairman & CEO. ProSiebenSat.1 is pooling the two business units under one Executive Board division in order to further strengthen the TV group’s overall content strategy. The Group’s three financial reporting segments: Broadcasting German-speaking, Digital & Adjacent and Content Production & Global Sales will remain unchanged.

Frouman joined ProSiebenSat.1 in January 2004 following the acquisition led by Haim Saban, for whom Frouman worked in Los Angeles. Prior to launching and becoming CEO of Red Arrow Entertainment Group in 2010, Frouman held several senior corporate positions within ProSiebenSat.1, including Executive Vice President, Group Content Acquisitions and Production from 2008 to 2013 where he was responsible for the Group’s licensed programming deals, production company assets, and international distribution unit.
