44 Blue Productions has promoted senior executives Andrew Paskoff to the role of Executive Vice President of Production and Operations, and Shirley Jackson to CoExecutive in Charge of Production.
Paskoff joined 44 Blue in January 2019 as SVP of Production, and in his new role is responsible for all physical production and operations as part of 44 Blue’s senior decision making team. He reports to 44 Blue’s CoCEOs & Cofounders Rasha Drachkovitch and Stephanie Noonan Drachkovitch.
Experienced and long standing executive Shirley Jackson, who reports to Andrew Paskoff, has line produced multiple series for 44 Blue over the last dozen years, including A&E’s Nightwatch and Wahlburgers, and Oxygen’s Smiley Face Killers: The Hunt for Justice.

Andrew Paskoff’s previous roles include 495 Productions (Martha & Snoop’s Potluck Dinner, Jersey Shore), where he was Head of Production; SVP of Production at Lighthearted Entertainment; and multiple positions at Sony Pictures Television Networks, including VP Original Programming, Unscripted (America’s Got Talent, America’s Next Top Model).
Shirley Jackson’s previous roles include line producer for Netflix’s Tidying Up With Marie Kondo, and VP of Production for DuBose Entertainment. Shirley is Co-Executive in Charge of Production alongside Jeff Turner.
44 Blue also announced earlier this week that its long-running Animal Planet series Pit Bulls & Parolees had reached the milestone of its 200th episode, with Season 17 starting to air Saturdays at 9pm ET/PT on Animal Planet, and also available on Discovery+. The show centres on Tia Torres, who has dedicated her life to the New Orleans-based Villalobos Rescue Center, the largest Pit Bull rescue center in the US where she and her family work tirelessly to provide Pit Bulls another chance in life while also offering a fresh start to parolees.
44 Blue is a Peabody, Emmy, Gracie and GLAAD Award winning producer of unscripted, scripted and documentary series, with productions including Netflix’s top-ranking documentary series Jailbirds; Investigation Discovery’s No 1 rated Twisted Sisters, executive produced with Khloé Kardashian; andAnimal Planet’s No 1 series Pit Bulls and Parolees.
