Redseven Entertainment has appointed Bettina Josmann as its new Head of Development. Since the beginning of the new year, she has been leading the development team at the Seven.One Studios subsidiary. In her new role, Bettina Josmann reports directly to Redseven CEO Jobst Benthues.
Josmann has been part of Redseven’s development department since August 2024, most recently serving as Executive Producer Development, with a primary focus on factual formats. Prior to that, he held senior development positions at several production companies, most recently spending six years at south&browse GmbH. She previously led the development departments at Caligari Entertainment and G.A.T. Film- und Fernsehproduktion. Josmann began her career with an editorial traineeship at the former ProSieben Media AG in the editorial department of the classic talk show “Arabella.”
