Gravitas Ventures has acquired all rights to Christmas Break-In, starring Cameron Seely, Denise Richards, Sean O’Bryan, and Danny Glover. The film will be available in theaters and on demand September 6.
The holidays may be months away, but the Christmas spirit is in the air. Christmas Break-In, directed by Michael Kampa, follows an energetic 9-year-old named Izzy (Cameron Seely) as she is anxiously awaiting a few days away from school for the holidays. Overscheduled with other priorities and running late, Izzy’s parents (Denise Richards and Sean O’Bryan) can’t pick her up on-time the last day of school before the Christmas break.
An incoming blizzard complicates the matter, and leaves Izzy with the school’s janitor (Danny Glover) trapped inside the building. The story becomes even more comical when a pair of bad guys (Katrina Begin and Douglas Spain) decide to break into the school to escape the winter storm. The movie follows Izzy as she attempts to beat the bad guys at their own game with a series of tricks and traps. It is up to her to save the day! This festive holiday movie is great for the entire family to get into the Christmas spirit a bit earlier this year.
“Michael’s hilarious film will charm audiences of all ages this holiday season and for many more to come,” said Tony Piantedosi, Vice President of Acquisitions at Gravitas Ventures.
Piantedosi from Gravitas Ventures negotiated the deal with David Babin of Koan on behalf of the filmmakers.
