– Pabst continues to lead Red Arrow International

– Baker assumes expanded role as MD, Red Arrow UK & Global Scripted Strategy

Effective immediately, Red Arrow Entertainment Group has added James Baker and Henrik Pabst to the company’s Management Board. Led by CEO, Jan Frouman, the Board also includes Nina Hirsch (CFO), Michael Schmidt (CCO) and Martin Metzger (Business & Legal Affairs). Pabst will continue to serve as MD for Red Arrow International. Baker has assumed an expanded operational role that will see him lead the Group’s global scripted development and production strategy, in addition to managing Red Arrow’s portfolio of assets and partnerships in the UK.

The changes to the Management Board support the Group’s growing drive for making global IP investments and, in particular, English-language scripted product. During the past two years, Red Arrow companies have dramatically expanded the Group’s scripted output, including: “Bosch” (Amazon), “100 Code” (Sky), “The Comedians” (FX), “Odd Mom Out” (Bravo), “Donny!” (USA), “Cleverman” (ABC TV Australia), and “Esio Trot” (BBC / Weinstein). Red Arrow also recently announced a scripted partnership with “The Imaginarium Studios”, the UK’s premier performance capture studio founded by actor/director Andy Serkis and Jonathan Cavendish.

Jan Frouman, CEO of Red Arrow Entertainment Group, says: “Henrik and James are consummate group players. They blend enormous expertise with a genuine group-mindset – and always without ego. A truly rare combination. Adding them to our Management Board was an easy call. Moreover, expanding James’ role is a key step to building upon all of the scripted production and partnership momentum we have generated in the US, UK and beyond. James knows our scripted companies and slate, and has been instrumental in expanding the scale of our scripted platform. He’s perfectly suited to guide our global scripted strategy in the years to come.”
