Host Alan Carr and team captains Micky Flanagan and Michael Sheen will be joined by Hollywood’s finest on brand new series There’s Something About Movies, commissioned by Sky in the UK from CPL Productions and Motion Content Group.
Stars including Jennifer Saunders, Rupert Everett, Lily Collins, Rafe Spall and Jason Isaacs are confirmed to appear on the hilarious new panel show. The series will kick off with Jessica Brown Findlay, Jimmy Carr, Lolly Adefope and Roisin Conaty.
Sky One’s There’s Something About Movies is a co-production from the BAFTA-winning producers of A League of Their Own, CPL Productions, and Motion Content Group. It is filmed in front of a live studio audience and will be Alan’s first hosting gig with the Sky. The show promises laughs in abundance with guest stars each week, battling it out to prove they know the most about the industry that made them, all with a dose of chat, humour and some gentle ridicule from Alan himself.

The show will premiere Thursday May 2 on Sky One and streaming service NOW TV.
