Lifetime has recommissioned two new seasons of the popular Little Women franchise from Kinetic Content.
Little Women: Atlanta season 5 returns to Lifetime on March 28, and Little Women: LA season 8 returns on April 4.
Little Women: LA first debuted on Lifetime in 2014, with season 7 airing in Summer 2018. Little Women: Atlanta originally debuted on Lifetime in 2016, with the most recent season playing in 2018.
Season 8 of Kinetic Content’s Married at First Sight is currently enjoying a high-rating run on Lifetime, playing Tuesday nights.

Things are heating up once again as Little Women: Atlanta is back at it for a fifth season that will dive deep into the world of hip hop music, performance, and culture that will stir up big rivalries. Atlanta is one of the most notable hip hop scenes in the world, and it’s time for the Little Women to make a BIG name for themselves in the rap game. The Cheeks, Briana Barlup and Emily Fernandez, return to Atlanta, to take on their long-time foes The Tiny Twinz, as they compete to prove they are hip-hop heavy hitters and rising stars. Minnie is also looking to establish her own spot in the rap world by continuing to challenge the reigning Queen of Atlanta, Ms. Juicy. Over the course of the season the cast will endure lyrical, emotional, and maybe even physical battles in order to see who can hustle their way to a spot on the tour and a chance at stardom and reign supreme.

Season 8 is all about the Little Women showing that it’s never too late for big life changes, so they vow to leap out of their comfort zone and push themselves to new heights. For Tonya that means finally defining her relationship with Jaa, while also getting back to her roots in acting. For a 35lb lighter Christy, it’s a new body and a new outlook on a dream she’s had for years. Meanwhile, Elena it’s pushing her entrepreneurial skills to the next level with a make-up line and a children’s book while Jasmine is recommitting to Chris in an elaborate vow renewal. It’s all about giving back to the community for Terra, as she works with younger Little People and eventually launches her own Little People retreat.
