CPL Productions‘ hit series Rob & Romesh Vs., produced for Sky Max (UK), has won the Entertainment Performance category at this year’s Royal Television Society (RTS) Awards.
The series stars, comedians Rob Beckett and Romesh Ranganathan, who are also nominated in the same category for a BAFTA, whilst its production team is also nominated for a BAFTA Craft Award.
Rob & Romesh Vs follows the two comedians as they throw themselves into unfamiliar worlds of sport and arts, taking on new challenges in each episode. Along the way, they meet top athletes, music stars, and industry experts who guide them as they attempt to master each experience—often with mixed results.
Combining humour with exploration, the pair compete, grumble, and joke their way through every situation while picking up new skills (and plenty of mishaps) along the way.
