Jobst Benthues is CEO of Redseven Entertainment, a company he founded in 2008. Since then, the company has grown to become one of Germany’s ten most successful entertainment production companies with over 400 employees and offices in Munich, Cologne and Berlin. Redseven Entertainment develops and produces its own as well as licensed formats for the national and international TV market with a focus on entertainment, comedy, clip shows, docutainment, magazine shows and corporate media. The company has produced countless hit formats for broadcasters including ProSieben, SAT.1, Kabel Eins, ZDF, RTL, RTL+, VOX, Sky, DMAX and Prime Video Germany. In addition, Redseven Entertainment develops digital implementation and extensions for all channels.

Previously, Jobst Benthues worked ProSiebenSat.1 for over 20 years, holding positions including Head of Entertainment and Deputy Managing Director of ProSieben. He successfully secured the German license for the hit show America’s Next Top Model. Redseven has produced the hugely successful Germany’s Next Top Model – by Heidi Klum for ProSieben for over 15 years years, alongside its annual live grand finale.
