Award-winning executive joins 44 Blue Productions with immediate effect
44 Blue Productions, the innovative and acclaimed independent producer that is part of Red Arrow Studios, and creators of hits such as A&E’s Emmy-nominated Wahlburgers, E! Entertainment’s #1-rated Hollywood Medium with Tyler Henry and Animal Planet’s #1-rated Pit Bulls & Parolees, has hired award-winning executive Stephanie Ward as Vice President of Business Affairs & Legal.
Stephanie will oversee contractual and legal affairs for 44 Blue’s growing slate of programming, reporting to Executive Vice President Sarah Poage.
Last month Stephanie Ward was named Rising Star at the 2019 Association of Media and Entertainment Counsel awards in Los Angeles.

Stephanie Ward joins 44 Blue Productions from Electus, where she was Senior Director of Business Development and Legal Affairs for the producer/distributor, working on shows such as Big Breakfast and for Electus TV. Prior to that, Ward worked for Discovery Communications for 6 years as Associate Attorney, including work across programming and talent. In 2019 she was honoured to receive the Rising Star award from the Association of Media and Entertainment Counsel (AMEC). Ward earned her Juris Doctor at the University of Southern California Law School and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Scripps College. She has been a member of the California State Bar since 2010.
