Two Red Arrow Studios International formats have reached the final of the 2023 international format awards, following online voting by a panel of the world’s leading format commissioners, buyers and producers.
Over 200 formats were entered from across the globe in a year that saw the quality and range of the formats undiminished by the pandemic, according to the judges.
Hit reality format Claim to Fame – produced by Kinetic Content and Walt Disney Alternative for ABC (US) – is a finalist in the best competition reality category; and Stranded on Honeymoon Island – from the creators of Married at First Sight, Snowman Productions, and produced by PIT for VTM2 (Belgium) – is nominated for best reality format.
The International Format Awards are a coproduction between C21Media, FRAPA, the Entertainment Masterclass and Mipcom.
The awards will be presented between 17.00 and 19.00 on Sunday October 15 at ClubC21 on the beach in Cannes.
