The season 10 launch of Married at First Sight UK on Sunday, 22 September, 2025 smashed digital channel E4’s slot average, posting 7.8% against an average of 1.4%, even beating BBC One. The televised Married at First Sight UK podcast that followed got double the ratings of last year’s.
