Red Arrow International has secured worldwide rights to distribute SHELTER’s newest Belgian comedy format “Safety First”. Created by Tim van Aelst, the mastermind behind Rose D’Or-winning “What If?” and Emmy-award winning “Benidorm Bastards”, “Safety First” is a ratings hit on Belgium’s VTM, having outperformed its channel average by up to 63%. Recently, the hit series has won already a very prestigious award for TV program of the year in Belgium, “de Ha! van Humo”.

“Safety First” is a hilarious feel good comedy series set at the heart of a security company. Fired from his job as a security guard and desperate to prove himself, Dirk Porrez finds something to dedicate his life to in founding security company “Safety First”. He employs his sister, Ingrid, and former colleagues Luc Turlinckx and Smos. These characters are larger than life, but they still possess an everyman quality.
