Sky One Germany has announced that successful sports-entertainment show Eine Liga für sich, produced by Redseven Entertainment based on the international hit format A League of Their Own, will return for its fourth season on November 9.
The 10-episode series will air Mondays at 8:15pm on Sky and will be split into two parts, with the last five episodes airing at the beginning of next year.
Hosted by Frank Buschmann, the show features regular panellists Panagiota Petridou and Matze Knop, who are joined by comedian Fabian Köster (Today Show) for the new season. Season four guests include sports stars Lothar Matthäus, Felix Neureuther, Sepp Maier, Faisal Kawusi and Nelson Müller.
The original version of the format is created and produced by CPL Productions and recently completed its thirteenth season on Sky One UK, hosted by Romesh Ranganathan. CPL’s new US version of the show – called Game On! – has proved a hit on CBS.
